The old control system of the Roller Machine was outdated, inefficient, and caused frequent breakdowns. It also led to production delays, increased material wastage, and unnecessary power consumption.
To overcome these challenges, I have successfully designed and developed a brand-new control board with a fully automated system, customized to the exact requirements of the machine.
This new system not only ensures smooth and reliable operation, but also brings higher efficiency, reduced downtime, and optimized energy usage.
It’s a proud moment to see this project move from idea → design → programming → installation, and finally delivering real improvements to production. 💡

🔧 Complete Electrical Setup for a 5kW Motor-Driven Roller Cutting Machine
Recently, I worked on a project involving the integration of a 5kW motor and an inverter to a roller cutting machine. My responsibilities included:
⚙️ Full electrical rewiring of the machine
⚙️ Connecting and configuring the inverter for precise motor control
⚙️ Ensuring safe and efficient operation through proper setup and testing
This project enhanced my experience in high-voltage motor control and industrial wiring, while contributing to improved machine reliability and performance.

Successful Repair & Panel Rebuild of Screen Machine Control System

Recently, I had the opportunity to restore a Screen Machine that had a malfunctioning motor control unit. The issue was isolated to the control side of the system, which was completely non-functional. Repaired the motor control sectio .Rebuilt and rewired the panel to ensure full operational safety and functionality. Successfully brought the machine back to working condition.This was a valuable hands-on experience in troubleshooting, motor control systems, and electrical panel restoration.Grateful for the learning and the outcome

Successfully Replaced the PLC Unit of the Penclip Printing Machine at Packsco!

It was a great hands-on experience working with industrial automation once again.
